Philadelphia: Building Collapses , Trapping people

Emergency crews are at the scene of a building collapse in downtown Philadelphia.

Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers says as many as eight to ten people are believed trapped in the rubble.

Search and rescue teams are on the scene working to find those trapped.

There is no word on exactly what caused the building to collapse.
